lijn van de grote predikers op de tenorsax door, met een warmte en directheid
die terug te traceren valt naar Don Byas en Ben Webster. Hoe eigenzinnig hij ook
klinkt, de traditie van bebop, ballads en blues is nooit ver weg, en zijn al
even unieke zang maakt duidelijk hoe groot zijn drang is om te communiceren.
